The governor of Enugu state, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, was today received in entourage, the National Chairman, of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Uche Secondus, the National Vice Chairman (Southeast) and other National Working Committee of the Party, to Enugu Akanu Ibiam International airport, en- route to Anambra state, for the ongoing National Youths Summitt of the Party, holding in the capital city of the state. Awka.
Reports, has it that Gov. Ugwuanyi, have been extolled by the teeming crowds at the event, for his ever continued commitment to the affairs of the party. It was also gathered that the national Chairman of the Party, Prince Uche Secondus, did not leave any stone unturned when making an opening remarks, however, described Gov. Ugwuanyi as a peace maker, a lover of unity, a governor with direct vision, whose administration has ushered in for state, under the PDP, as a political party, an excellent infrastructural developments, human capital developments, job creation, and political stability. Therefore, charging other political leaders to lean from the governor, in other to move our nation forward.
Prince Secondus, uses the Summitt to reiterate to the Youths organ of the party, under the National Youths Leadership, that the National Working Committee, (NWC) aunder his watch, and the National Executive Council (NEC) which is overseen by the Chairman of the board of Trustee, have noted with much appreciations, the immeasurable supports of the governor to the party, assuring them that, the Southeast PDP is more united under the leadership and administration of Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu state, as the zonal leader of the party.
Furthermore, various speakers at the Summitt, commended the governor for his maturity in the handling of the affairs of the party, in the zone. His sense of responsibility, humility, political sagacity and leadership competence, which he has deployed in the development of Enugu state, and his uncommon contribution for the peace, unity and political stability of the nation.
This is another important occasion, the leadership of the party at the national level, is publicly commending the governor for his purposeful and visionary leadership in Enugu state.
Meanwhile, Gov. Ugwuanyi’s style of dedicated leadership and services for the people of Enugu state and Nigeria in general, has continued to gather more momentum between the government of Nigeria, the highly revered traditional institutions across the country, the civil society organizations, the labour unions. And of course, amongst the party lines.
Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, is a stabilizer in good governance, peace building, and national cohesion.
