In the arsenal of our folklore, it is stated that when a mother- goat eats grass, the young ones will be observing her mouth and that a child who has the discipline to wash his hands clean will always dine with the elders and the event of today has shown that Hon. OFFOR CHUKWUEGBO has been a good student and follower of his political father, His Excellency, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the executive governor of ENUGU State as he demonstrates his unalloyed loyalty to those that endorsed him to represent them at Abuja.
Today, the 21st day of August of this year of the Lord;2020 will go down in the archive of posterity as the remarkable day the people of Enugu North and South Federal Constituency will celebrate their august visitor and will continue to bless the day they unanimously ensured that OFFOR CHUKWUEGBO represents them at the hallowed green chamber. While some politicians have continued to indulge in flimsy excuses for failing to deliver on their election promises, Hon. OFFOR CHUKWUEGBO has continued to take delight in ameliorating the plight of the lowly-placed among his constituents. Empowering twenty-six people today with brand new tricycles goes a long way to unravel his humanity. To further amplify his humane disposition towards his people, one Hausa political activist; Hadjia Hadiza Mohammed residing at Garki area of the Constituency also benefitted from his magnanimity. Other beneficiaries includes two blind people; Sunday Egbo and Aniagu Okechukwu.
The beneficiaries couldn’t control their ectacy as they almost mobbed OFFOR for his benevolence which will seriously help them curtail the excruciating effects of Covid 19 global pandemic. The event which was overseen by the Director-General of TeamOffor, Chiene.I.Chiene at his country home; Amechi-Uwani had immense number of observers in attendance.
It is worthy of note that this is just one out of many other empowerment projects undertaken by OFFOR CHUKWUEGBO and he has promised to do more in so far as he enjoys the mandate of his people that are living no stone unturned to stamp his representation with legitimacy.
